AUGUST & SEPTEMBER ARE RPAC MONTHS!

Every Dollar Counts; Make a Difference Today!
The RPAC Fundraising Task Force has declared August & September as RPAC months! The committee wants to achieve their goal of 100% participation for EACH OFFICE prior to the REALTOR® Convention of the Dakotas – September 15, so they will be visiting offices and contacting those who have not contributed.
Why should you contribute? 100% of the funds you contribute go directly to support candidates who support REALTOR® issues. RPAC protects the interest of the homeowner and is the only PAC in the nation with NO administrative costs!
Past RPAC contributions have fought to keep banks out of real estate; keep the mortgage interest deductions, defeat S.D. Amendment D (property value assessment); most recently, extension of the first time homebuyer tax credit.
Currently, 190 of the 666 RASE REALTOR® members have contributed or pledged, for a 28.5% participation rate. The fundraising committee is made up of volunteers who are just as busy as you, so make it easy on them - pay or pledge your contribution today! Contribution forms are on-line, or you can simply send your check made payable to "RPAC", "Issues Mobilization" or "PSF" to Kristen at the RASE office.
Don't know how much to contribute? SDAR has determined that $52.00 is the "Fair Share Amount", contributors of $99 or more earn one entry in the Key Lime Cove Giveaway along with other great prizes! Have you already contributed your “Fair Share” but want to get in on the fantastic Key Lime Cove Giveaway? Contribute an additional $47 and you’ll be in the drawing!
