The REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire, Inc. (RASE) is a nonprofit association funded by member dues and exists to enhance our members business environment and professionalism. Founded March 6, 1920, RASE provides services to 650* REALTOR® members and 70* Affiliate members engaged in residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, appraisal, consultation, home inspection, mortgage lending and more.

The REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire, Inc. provides a variety of services to the REALTOR® community. These services include: Education, MLS, lockbox, ReaderKEY, member store, professional standards, government affairs, mediation, and social. A member of RASE, can expect to receive education courses to help them succeed in developing their career; a commitment to their political rights locally as well as nationally; highly trained staff to assist with their needs and wants; and a public awareness campaign explaining the value of hiring a REALTOR®.

Did you know the 650 REALTOR® members of the REALTOR® Association of the Sioux Empire have conducted 3,390 home sales in 2009 which account for $530 million dollars in economic impact for the Sioux Empire? Taking into account a multiplier affect of 2.5, the real estate industry has helped generate an economic impact of over $1.3 billion dollars in 2009!
